SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

As all of our products are bespoke and made to order, we require 2-3 weeks to create your order. If your require your order to be delivered on a certain day please let us know and we will do our best to make this possible.

We use the courier ParcelForce to deliver our products. However in some instances of local orders we are able to hand deliver. For more information please email bespoakyarm@gmail.com

MEASURMENTS

The sizes listed are the internal space inside the cover. Remember to include your valves when measuring. 
e.g. If your radiator measures 1080mm including valves, please choose 1100mm. 

Our radiator covers have a standard depth of 150mm (internal), 170mm (external) 

The oak used for the body of your radiator cover is 18mm thick, the oak used for the mantle is 25mm thick. Please take this into account when considering how the radiator cover might fit into your space. 

(WIDTH SIZES OVER 1300MM WIDTH WILL HAVE A MIDDLE LEG) 

SKIRTING BOARD
Please enter the height and depth of your skirting board into the personalisation box when placing your order as 'skirting board dimensions: (height) x (depth)'. 

RETURNS 

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or returns of our products. Please double check all of your measurements before ordering, if you are still unsure email bespoakyarm@gmail.com with specifications and any images you feel may be useful to illustrate what you need.
